Shipping Policy 

Grenat carefully inspects your order before securely encasing it in protective material for prompt shipment to your designated return address within two business days or less.  We will send you a confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Refund Policy 

You have 14 days after receiving your item to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt.    

Please note that all returns are at customer discretion.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.  If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within three business days.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
